Paano ko makikita ang order status ko?

Mag-login at pumunta sa My Orders. Doon makikita kung Paid, Preparing, Shipped, Delivered, o Canceled ang order.

Paano kung may problema sa delivery?

Submit a support ticket with your order code, delivery address, and contact number para ma-review ng admin.

Paano kung hindi ako maka-login?

Gamitin ang Forgot Password, Google quick login, o gumawa ng support ticket under Account/Login Concern.

Paano kung mali ang item o quantity?

Submit a ticket and include your order code, received item, expected item, and photos if you will send them through email or Facebook.

May return or refund ba?

For return/refund concerns, submit a ticket. The admin will review it depending on product condition, order status, and issue details.
